Maintaining a strong and effective relationship with the HR team, you will support the HR Director in developing reward policy and programs.
With responsibility for managing employee benefits, you will provide benefit scheme management, annual market review and renewal, communication of all new and changing schemes to employees and managing annual enrolment. Work alongside the International Benefits Manager in developing and implementing new program and processes.
Undertake compensation surveys and analysis for both compensation data and benefits, identify emerging trends and suppliers and manage the annual compensation review process
To be considered for this role candidates must have a strong track record in employee benefits, strong analytical ability and credible and professional communication skills. Ideally applicants will have experience of flexible benefit schemes and will demonstrate a client service delivery approach
