Benefits Advisor

Working within a global organisation, as part of the Global Benefits team, duties include EMEA benefits and wellness projects, developing and maintaining vendor relationships, communicating benefits to employees, identifying and suggesting suitable scheme enhancements, scheme roll outs, maintaining trend awareness and market reviews. Candidates must have previous experience of local/ international employee benefits, strong and confident communication skills, an analytical approach and project management skills.
