Join this prestigious Financial Services firm, dealing with regional (EMEA) pay and incentive reward responsibilities, including pay modelling, trend analysis, data reporting, benchmarking and job evaluation.
Partnering directly with the business and HRBP’s across the EMEA region, you will utilise your confident and credible communication skills to provide compensation advise, support and consistency.
Strong data analysis skills within Reward are vital, as you will take a key responsibility for data analysis, interpretation and presentation, in support of compensation planning. Previous experience of salary reviews is vital along with strong excel skills to an intermediate/ advanced level. Financial Services experience is preferred but not essential
