Reward Analyst

Make a significant contribution within this small reward team within this ever changing organisation. With extensive scope for development this role is suitable for an experienced Reward Analyst possessing international reward exposure and excellent analytical skills including advanced level excel. We are seeking credible individuals with good communication and presentation skills along with strong working knowledge of benchmarking, annual salary and bonus review. It would be highly desirable if you possess any exposure in benefits management, global mobility, performance management or executive reward however this is not essential. As for the individual, along with the abovementioned experience we are interested in hearing from candidates who can demonstrate being proactive, delivering and going the extra mile.
