Reporting to the HRD in this newly created post, where you will act as a true partner to the business. You will take responsibility for leading the Compensation and Benefits strategy and practice, providing advice on incentive scheme and bonus plan design and cyclical reward activities Ensure the provision of a competitive, consistent and fair pay policy; manage salary surveys, job matching and benchmarking, the annual pay review process and the company benefits strategy. Act as the main point of contact for 3rd party providers, employees and management to ensure cost effectiveness, standard practice and subject matter expertise.
A Compensation and Benefits specialist with experience at Officer or Manager level with the ability to demonstrate a strong attention to detail is sought. Confident communication skills are a pre-requisite, as this is a visible role within the business and will require building strong relationships and conducting negotiations.
