We are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to work in a busy payroll environment for 3 months on a fixed term basis.
•Undertaking secretarial duties to include filing, opening and processing post and general administrative tasks arising from the working of the department.
•To help Input expenses onto the system
•To perform basic payroll tasks including; responses to Tax code notifications, completing forms such as CSA, and Job Seekers etc and producing ad-hoc letters for pension joiners etc
•Previous experience of working in an administrative role within a Payroll team in an office environment is essential
•The successful candidate must be well organised and must work to a high level of accuracy and have keen attention to detail
•Strong communication skills. You will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills as you will be liaisons with a large number of colleagues from all areas of the business
•Excellent computer /PC Skills. The candidate will be required to be computer literate in Word and Excel
•The ability to work well as part of a team
•Honesty and respect for confidential information
