We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to be part of a large administration team that assists with high volume payroll and controls. Day to day admin duties will include:
•Deliver payrolls in accordance with company processes and client specific working procedures
•Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and their employees.
•Undertake tax year end delivery ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations
•Maintain up-to-date payroll legislation and product knowledge
•Adherence to company Delivery Assurance policies, processes and procedures
•Data entry (timesheets, absence, tax codes etc);
•Processing of electronic data from clients directly into the payroll system;
•Checking of input and output;
•Dealing with any queries
•Reports when necessary
•Administration (filing, archiving, document preparation);
•Manage the receipt of data from clients;
•Prepare payslips, reports and post for distribution to clients and 3rd parties.
