Payroll Supervisor

After a recent acquisition of new clients and a strong vision going into 2012, my client is looking for a strong payroll professional with an effective team and self management mentality to join the team of 6.
Responsible for managing the workload of 5 Administrators, you will also be in full control of appraisals, reviews, covering duties of the payroll manager when they are out of office, as well as processing the payroll for your own portfolio of clients.

This role will be suitable for you if you already have a proven track record of supervision, have effectively executed large workloads and delegated accordingly dependant on the team members’ personal attributes and current progress, as well as if you can prioritise and complete your own workload within deadlines.
