A vacancy has arisen within the HR function of this financial services firm based in London. The role is to work as a Compensation Analyst, providing data management and co-ordination for the HR function in EMEA and Asia plus the global compensation team. Duties will include producing extensive MI reports using Excel, producing statements and providing administration for restricted stock and equity, and ensuring SOX compliance.
The successful applicant will possess strong Excel skills and have worked with a HRIS database, ideally Oracle or SAP. They will be a strong communicator, and be able to handle a varied and busy workload, prioritising tasks and responding quickly to external queries.
