Utilise your reward experience within this diverse organisation which is the second-largest within its field. This role holds the responsibility for implementing, monitoring and reviewing the compensation and benefits strategy across the business. Managing the pension funds, liaising with Board and Pension Trustees, review and manage company benefit provisions, review and make recommendations regarding performance and variable pay , promote and monitor best practice in compensation. Manage and develop the compensation and benefits team and undertake any ad-hoc projects. Candidates must have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of managing reward related activities, confident and credible reasoning and communication skills together with the enthusiasm and skill to drive the role and function. |
