Payroll Process Owner

My client a well known international organisation is currently seeking a payroll process owner to work on an on-going contract.

Within this role you will be responsible for the following:

•Working within a team based in Asia and dealing with the outsourced service providers you will ensure delivery of the payroll billing
•Input to monthly payroll billing process and quarter close activities
•Manage bespoke payroll MI application; set up users and new reports, work with OSP on housekeeping
•Oversee payroll billing and bank reconciliations
•Monitor payroll billing control points and escalate issues

To be the ideal candidate for this role you will have the ability to deal with many varied stakeholders, work with a team in a remote location and manage the time differences. You will be able to multitask and understand systems and bespoke applications. You will also be able to work towards strict deadlines whilst working under pressure.

Having a finance background would be a distinct advantage for this role.
