Payroll Bureau Manager

Our client is an established developer and supplier of integrated Human Resource and Payroll Software who is currently seeking a Payroll Bureau Manager to manage and develop a small Payroll Bureau.

Working with one other person you will ensure that:

•All payrolls processed by the team are processed on time and accurately
•Ensure the co-ordination of all payroll routines and procedures throughout the department
•You will keep up to date on all legislation changes that may effect the payroll environment for client payrolls and to develop new techniques to cope with future legislation

Within this role you will also work with the Directors over policy and practices within the payroll bureau. Prepare documentation for the directors in respect of revenue, forward planning and budgets.

To be the ideal candidate for this role you will have hands on experience of running a high volume client payroll, be up to date with current PAYE legislation and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
