Payroll Manager

My client is an innovative and market leading company based it the Midlands whose brand name is renowned for quality, the successful candidate will need to have previous Payroll management experience and be comfortable with all elements of the process. Previous exposure to implementation of a payroll system would be desirable but is not essential. The payroll is fast paced and deadline driven and will require a candidate with excellent time management and the ability to motivate others in the team.
