The Company:

This chartered accountancy practice provides advice to both corporate and private clients. By working closely with their clients and using detailed understanding of their circumstances and goals, they can provide a comprehensive financial service tailored to their needs. All clients can expect the benefit of expert advice in areas such as investment planning, portfolio management and inheritance tax planning.

The Role:

As Assistant Consultant, you will give paraplanning support directly to one consultant, whereby your main duties will include preparation of reports to clients on financial planning matters, obtaining quotations, attending client meetings with the consultant and undertaking research on specific projects. This is a challenging role where the company will provide the successful candidate with the required training to further their career.

The Individual:

The successful candidate should be comfortable with equity, pension and life products and be willing to learn and understand more complex financial products. Whilst specific technical knowledge is not a pre-requisite the candidate should ideally have attained the Financial Planning Certificate and hope to acquire DipPFS status.
