Communications Consultant - Team Leader

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced communications consultant to join a market leading global professional services company offering benefit solutions to organisations. You will be heavily involved in strategic communication consulting, project planning services for medium to large clients and project management at all levels. Additionally you will be required to assist in the development of new business. The role will also include managing a consulting team, with some direct reports.

To be considered it is essential that you will have experience in communicating employee rewards and benefits together with an understanding of emerging trends within the industry and some knowledge of pensions would also be an advantage. Additionally you will have excellent intellectual ability supported by strong analytical and reasoning skills, good interpersonal skills, persuasive and diplomatic with a high degree of personal integrity and be creative, results-orientated, flexible and a team player. Salary on offer is between £40,0000- £55,000 plus a generous benefits package.
