As a Project Manager/Consultant sitting within the Client Implementation and Consultancy Team you will work with the Sales Team in the latter phases of the sales process to present this firms solution to prospective clients. Additionally you will manage the whole project implementation process with both new and existing clients, work with clients to guide them through the implementation of their Flexible Benefits and/or Online/Offline Total Reward Implementation and help clients define the schemes rules ensuring their scheme meets the objectives outlined at the beginning of the programme

To be considered you must have experience and knowledge of the benefits marketplace, especially Flexible Benefits and Total Reward is essential. You must also have excellent project management skills and experience from the Benefits arena and be strong in client facing consultancy activity. It is imperative you are also experienced in managing a portfolio of clients, able to work accurately consistently and in a timely manner with commitment to quality and customer service data. This will be a home based role covering from the Midlands to the North (including parts of Scotland) Salary will depend on experience and will also include a full benefits package.
