Senior Flex Consultant

Global consulting organisation poised for expansions through 2010 and 2011 on the back of several large business wins. Offering a full services proposition in the employee benefits space, this division focuses on delivering benefits online to medium and large corporates. Following an extremely success 2010, the business is looking to make 3 hires in the next 3 months, one of which is at a senior level. Focussing on consulting to large online clients, you will be involved in feasibility, scheme design and the overseeing of the launch. In addition, you will also be involved in delivering the associated benefits through others. The role is of a senior nature where you will be involved adding value to the management team, influencing processes, coaching others and where required deputising for the practice leader.

Candidates must be working in the benefits space consulting on medium to large projects in the flex and reward space. Ideally the candidate will have professional qualifications such as CIPD, APMI or similar. The ability to be flexible in a changing environment is also essential. Salary is totally dependent upon experience with generous benefits, car allowance and performance bonus scheme.
