Interim Reward Manager

An Interim Reward Manager is required for this well known household name. This company exude brand pride therefore the ideal candidate will in turn be passionate about Reward, highly proactive in their approach and must demonstrate previous experience of working in a challenging and demanding environment.
Delivering Total Pay programmes, this role will take responsibility for maintaining annual pay processes, bonus schemes, flexible benefits and stock administration and holds a visible role within the HR function. The ideal candidate will be confident at challenging ideas, evaluating schemes success and providing a strong customer service for Reward.

It is essential that candidates applying demonstrate exceptional reward, leadership and customer service skills, including a proven track record in HR and reward, a degree education and preferably CIPD qualified.
