Supporting the Head of Compensation, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive Compensation service for over 20,000 employees based in the EMEA region whilst assisting in influencing the global compensation strategy.
Maintaining current knowledge of compensation practice in external markets, you will act as the lead on C&B projects including process and policy development/ implementation. Manage and develop relationships with regional and country HR BP’s, line managers and Compensation counterparts.
Analyse all market data; provide MI reports; provide advice on deferred compensation plans; manage the job matching; support mid-year and year-end compensation processes; track non-regular compensation arrangements; ensure global compensation guidelines are adhered to; provide guidance and advice on development and implementation of sales incentive plans.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a proven track record in Compensation/ Reward with a large blue chip corporation, experience of managing compensation projects, strong leadership skills along with confident and credible communication skills.
