Interim Share Plan Administrator
An experienced Share Plan Administrator is required on an interim basis for this leading financial institution. The main focus of this post is to assist with the integration of a proposed acquisition which involves the rolling over of share and fund product plans into shares of the company with all its attendant tax, compliance, IT systems and other integration angles. Working alongside another member of the team you will assist in the day to day activities of share trading, award exercises and employee enquiries as required. We are seeking candidates with current and in-depth Share Plan/ share scheme expertise. This is a high profile internal role dealing with all levels of employees, experience of working independently, using initiative, strong working knowledge of excel and a high level of attention to detail.
