New Business Consultant The main purpose of this role is to secure new business revenues from designated market sectors through the sale of this firms products and services in line with regulatory requirements, supplier terms and conditions and internal procedures which may vary from time to time at the discretion of the Company. Candidates must be high quality individuals with a proven track record of employee benefits sales in the corporate market. Experience of at least one of the following areas is essential; healthcare benefits, risk benefits, flex & benefits administration, employee wellness and absence management. An ability to adapt and develop to become proficient at selling all these services will also be essential. The role will offer a high level of autonomy by offering the chance to develop defined vertical markets and to develop sales operations, marketing activity and product propositions to best suit their market sector as well as contributing to these activities at organisational level. Career progression is a key culture in this organisation as widely evidenced across the current team and this role offers strong opportunity for development. Basic salary strongly depends on experience and could range from £40 - £60K however a highly lucrative bonus scheme is in place where OTE could comfortably reach £100K.
