Flex Consultant Global consulting organisation poised for expansions through 2010 and 2011 on the back of several large business wins. Offering a full services proposition in the employee benefits space, this division focuses on delivering benefits online to medium and large corporates. Following an extremely success 2010, the business is looking to recruit a Flexible Benefits Consultant. Focussing on delivery you will provide a professional and efficient level of service to a portfolio of clients, developing client relations and searching out new business. The successful candidate will be joining a culture where the standards are very high, but in return each individual’s contribution is recognised and rewarded. To be considered you must be working in the benefits space consulting on medium to large projects in the flex and reward space. The successful candidate will be of intellectual capacity, with the drive and commitment required to make a real difference, as well as the desire to develop their career within a growing firm. Qualifications such as CIPD, APMI or similar would also be highly desirable. A competitive salary of up to £55,000 is on offer depending on experience + full benefits. |
