Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Analyst to join this well known household name within their C&B department on an interim basis. This role will be supporting the Manager in the maintenance and development of compensation, benefits and relocation solutions across the EMEA region.

Previous Compensation & Benefits experience is essential as key duties will include salary and benefit benchmarking, annual stock allocation and planning, recognition planning, bonus eligibility, planning and review, assisting with international employee relocation and providing support on executive compensation. You will also participate in supporting various projects which may include pay ranges, benefits analysis and relocation or tax reviews within Europe.

In addition to the above experience the successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work within a challenging environment. You must also be a self starter with effective communication skills to influence C&B activities throughout the business.
