Working within this prestigious banking organisation, your role will support the investment banking compensation function, where you will face a varied responsibility including providing compensation guidance to HR and line management, internal/ market data analysis and benchmarking, administering annual compensation planning processes and lead compensation related projects. Candidates must be highly numerate with intermediate to advance excel skills and must have confident compensation analysis experience along with strong interpersonal communication skills
