Client Account Manager As a Client Account Manager you will be accountable for managing business relationships with a portfolio of clients as well as being responsible for securing profitable revenue from existing client accounts. Reporting directly to the Business Development Director you will focus on account retention, revenue development and maintaining client satisfaction. To be considered you will have previous experience in an account management, consulting or sales role at an Employee Benefit Consultancy, large IFA or similar and have a good understanding of flexible benefits, total reward solutions and benefits communications. Additionally you will also have some direct experience of consulting with clients on benefit programmes A Degree in a business related topic is highly desirable and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential including the ability to consult, advise and direct clients. A competitive salary of circa £30,000 is on offer plus £10,000 bonus and full benefits package. |
