Partner Sales & Account Manager
Southern Home Counties
Circa £40,000

The Partner Sales & Account Manager will be accountable for delivering sales from partners including IFAs, HR/Payroll Providers and HR Consultants and managing relationships, developing solutions and covering all aspects of this firms offering. Acting as the main point of contact you will be responsive for managing relationships, assist with strategic relationship management of licensees and support partners with sales opportunities which will include presentations and responses to tenders.

Additionally you will assist with securing new partners, identify potential new markets and partners for this firms products and introduce regular communication programmes for the partner channel (through events, webinars, e-newsletters, case studies etc) to ensure the market potential, products and services are fully understood.

To be considered you will have a proven track record in sales of software and/or financial services plus extensive experience working in an account management or sales role at an Employee Benefit Consultants or large IFA. A good understanding of flexible benefits, total reward solutions and benefits communication is essential plus some direct experience of consulting with clients on the introduction of flexible benefits schemes. Educated to degree level you will have excellent communication skills including the ability to consult, advise and direct clients, be self starting and able to work on your own initiative.
