As a Senior Healthcare Administrator you will be required to lead a team of co-ordinators and administrators in providing a high quality healthcare administration service that is market leading, quality focused, profitable, innovative and supports the goals of this firm.

You will be responsible for continuously improving client service to ensure that this firms aspirations of delivering a market leading service are met in full and client contracts are fulfilled to an exceptional standard delivering client satisfaction that meets and exceeds corporate targets. You will be responsible for your own portfolio of high profile larger/national account clients which you will be expected to retain and expand existing client accounts as well as assist in developing new business. 

To be considered you will have a full understanding of all healthcare products and current providers within the healthcare market as well as being experienced in an Account Management role within Benefits. A competitive salary of up to £28,000 plus a market leading benefits package is on offer.
