Basic salary up to £60,000 plus benefits & bonus

This firm are a leading commercial and investment banking group providing wealth management, retail, corporate, treasury, offshore and private banking services. Due to expansion the need has arisen for a relationship manager to join their middle –eastern Private Banking operation in London.

Inheriting a client book (client portfolio’s in-excess of £500,000), you will be responsible for the delivery of private banking solutions to both onshore (UK) and offshore middle-eastern clients. The suite of solutions focuses around deposit book margins, investments, lending and trust/offshore structures. To fully contribute to the success of the London Private Banking team, you will be proactive in developing your client base from both the retail and corporate arms of the business, together with referrals from existing clients.

Successful applicants will have a proven track record in client servicing in a well established, successful private banking environment. Holding IMC or equivalent, you will be CF30 authorised. An in depth knowledge of investment and asset management products is paramount coupled with excellent communication skills and high levels of gravitas. Ideally, you will speak Arabic (although no essential)  as your clients will be from a middle eastern diaspora and have a willingness to travel to the UAE.
