Client Account Manager Market leading Online Flexible Benefits technology provider and consulting firm are experiencing growth in this sector therefore have a current requirements for an Account Development Manager. Responsible for the account management and development of key client relationships, you will be required to achieve revenue targets within a client portfolio, establishing and developing effective communications with client contacts and identifying and responding to client needs. Where appropriate, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of this service for a group of clients through the proactive management of the client relationship and the delivery of the service level agreement. Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to identify revenue opportunities and consider ways of improving client profitability, through cross selling and up selling this firm’s services. Previous experience in a high level, account management /client facing role is essential within the Flexible Benefits field. The successful candidate will also have strong leadership skills and experience of managing projects focused on delivery with proven financial management skills. |
