Client Analyst The main purpose of this role is to support the Client Director in the delivery of a market leading and proactive technical service. You will provide high quality consulting, broking and advice to prospect, existing and new clients. Understanding client requirements you will consider alternative solutions and provide advice. Supporting the Client Director through the completion of market reviews which will include all market negotiations, advice and written recommendations. Acting as a main point of contact to clients with regard to technical queries relating to products and services that are offered you will attend meetings to provide technical advise, written recommendations as well as identifying and recommending any account development opportunities as well as being involved in seeking New Business. Additionally you will manage and implement any technical aspects of the insurance contracts that represent risk/exposure, including but not limited to; Scheme switches (instruction and documentation), insurer caveats and actively at work conditions, Policy changes, HMRC Scheme Registration and Trust Management, TUPE Transfers. To be considered you will have an in depth industry knowledge of the Employee Benefits market gained from previous roles within the industry specifically an in-depth healthcare product knowledge. A wider knowledge of other benefits such as Risk or Flex would be advantageous but not essential. You will be analytical, have excellent attention to detail, planning and organisation whilst being able to communicate both verbally and in writing. A very generous benefits package will be included as well as basic salary ranging from £35,000- £50,000. |
