Sales Manger Managing a team of HNW advisers for this exceptional organisation, you will be responsible for driving revenue, developing professional connections, training and career development of your staff. Whilst income is of importance, the most important aspect of your role is to ensure a highly professional standard of service is delivered to clients in an RDR compliant manner on a fee basis. In addition though, you will also have an influence on your teams success as they envisage the sales managers will network in the professional services sector then pass on clients to the team. We are looking for a new manager on the Sussex coast to lead and develop an established team. The ideal candidate will be either a manager within an IFA, progressing with professional qualifications, with exposure to a fee based environment, or you could currently be a consultant with management attributes looking to step up into a pure management role. Basic salary ranges from £60,000 to £80,000, with an additional KPI based performance bonus. Excellent benefits are also on offer including PHI, generous pension and flexible benefit options. |
