Basic from £40,000 - £60,000 + bonus & benefits
The core proposition is the delivery of fee based financial planning to the executives of their corporate clients incorporating open architecture. Typically Benefit Consultants and Account Managers will introduce their key decision making clients to the private client team for individual advice surrounding pre and post retirement planning, tax and trust solutions and naturally a wide range of investment options. The key success to this role is relationship development and management with the key introducing staff but also the delivery of a high quality service to the clients. The division is at its infancy with ample support both financial and from the board resulting in several key future roles on the horizon. As growth is the main driver, the firm have little time to train and develop inexperienced staff therefore it is essential that all applicants have experience of advising HNW individuals on either a fee/offset from a professional independent organisation. At this stage the preference is for a client following to ensure profitability in year 1 however for outstanding candidates this would be waived. Package incorporates a larger basic than usual with car allowance, generous pension, flexible benefits scheme and performance related bonus scheme. For individuals with a sizeable following there could even be a golden hello or perhaps even a acquisition. |
