We are currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Interim Benefits Manager to support the organisation in the development, implementation, marketing and administration of an Employee Flexible Benefits scheme to commence 1st April 2011. The role will actively engage with the appointed benefits systems platform provider, individual benefit providers, employees, management, HR and finance representative as well as external stakeholders including the Department of Health and other social enterprise organisations. The aim is to roll out the scheme to other social enterprise organisations going forwards, using CHCP CIC’s scheme design and structure as a “starting point”.
