They are seeking someone with a passion for health and well-being to drive such a program across the different areas of the business in EMEA.
 
Responsibilities will include:
  • Identify and implement creative and innovative health and wellbeing initiatives that will enable BNY Mellon to offer a fully integrated program encompassing areas like:
    • Private medical benefits
    • Health interventions
    • Screening services
    • Occupational Health
    • Long term disability/group income protection/early retirement/health cover
    • Employee Assistance Programmes
    • Childcare and eldercare programmes
    • Fitness subsidies and engagement programmes
  • Manage all third party vendors and agreements for service provision
  • Communication and marketing of all programmes
  • Provide support on all benefit queries, scheme renewals and benefits due diligence activity
  • Undertake external benchmarking for wellbeing and benefits programmes and identify innovative ideas
 
BNY Mellon is seeking someone who is driven and passionate about wellbeing, preferably with experience of working on initiatives and programmes within the benefits and wellbeing area. Ideally this person will be educated to degree level with competency in PC applications, especially Excel, and with excellent analysis, project management and communication skills.
