The Role
Reporting to the HR Director, a new role of Compensation & Benefits Manager has been created to play a key role in supporting and advising the Senior Leadership Team and Business Heads in the design, development and implementation of the organisations reward strategy. You will be responsible for reviewing existing policies and procedures, analysing and presenting the relevant benchmarking data around the share grant scheme, salary reviews and play a key role in design of new and innovative sales compensation plans.
The Person
An experienced, ambitious and proactive Compensation & Benefits professional, with direct exposure to designing and delivering bespoke reward strategies for a large sales/service focused organisations, who enjoys and thrives in a fast paced and results orientated environment and culture. In addition to excellent analytical and reporting skills, together with outstanding communication and influencing skills, you will possess the intellect, credibility and confidence to negotiate with key stakeholders and challenge the status quo.
