Role Overview:
You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients with accountability for providing the highest levels of service delivery, client retention and ongoing business development. You will manage and develop accounts and client relationships within the Global Employee Benefits segment delivering client solutions and service.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Client Service Management:
- Understand the clients’ business and their global employee benefits needs. Look for innovative solutions to deliver those needs through outstanding client service
- Strategic development and coordination of Willis network resources to support the ongoing administration of global benefit programs and brokerage services
- Facilitate the development of global benefit programs and strategic planning to establish short and long term objectives for new clients
- Conduct research and prepare briefing papers on healthcare and benefits issues in various countries
- Assist in developing global health and wellness benefits programs, measurement tools and implementation strategies
- Conduct employee benefits audits and reviews relating to global employee benefits including Interfacing with clients, carriers, multinational pooling networks and Willis Global EB team
- Develop multinational pooling/captive proposals, feasibility reports and implementation plans for pooling/captive arrangements
- Provide consultative advice for Expatriate and Third Country National solutions
- Provide post-merger benefit integration planning in connection with mergers and acquisitions
Business Development:
- Actively support the sales expansion process in relation to winning, retaining and developing profitable clients
- Work with the Sales teams to identify and convert new prospects, developing and delivering bids and client presentations
- Assist to identify and pursue growth opportunities with existing multinational clients
General:
- Maintain multinational client, prospect and target lists
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Global Employee Benefits products and services offered to clients
- Maintain and contribute to internal country information library
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Extensive Client Service support experience preferably in a multinational employee benefits, insurance or financial services organization
- Must be an organised and analytical self starter who is able to multi task in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent client focus and consultative skills with proven experience in the delivery of global consulting and brokerage advice
- Ability to analyse data and situations and provide recommendations for optimum solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones
- Fluent in English and has professional knowledge of other languages highly desirable
- BS or BA degree in a related field of study highly desirable
