Client Solutions Manager

A new role has arisen for Client Solutions Manger to manage a team of 10 paraplanners. You will be expected to travel 2 days a week to various offices, contractually based in either the Edinburgh or Glasgow office.

Your main accountabilities will be to motivate, lead and develop a successful team of paraplanners.
To provide team supervision, support and guidance to team members, identify training and coaching needs and develop plans for each team member, perform performance reviews and 1:1s, maintain and improve leadership skills.

To be considered, you will be technically experienced in financial services products and wealth management, knowledge of people management practices and procedures with an understanding of FSA Compliance, Data Protection Act .Hold the Diploma in Financial Planning and working towards Chartered status.
