Client Service Manager

A new and exciting position has arisen to lead and develop a team of Associates, responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to a team of Wealth Managers.
Provide team supervision and leadership.

Main accountabilities will be to include the following
Identify training and coaching needs and develop team members, Carry out weekly team briefs, maintain motivation and rewards, perform performance reviews at the specified interval, Identify training needs, day to day supervision and management.
To be considered, you will have a background in Financial Services with management / supervisory being an active part of your role. Ideally hold Project management, change management or similar qualification. Good knowledge of people management practices and procedures. This role will be based in Bournemouth with one day a week to be based in Chichester. Salary up to £35k with a fantastic benefits package on offer.
