Payroll Team Leader
A prestigious Leicester employer is looking for Payroll professionals to join their large, high profile team in Leicester. As a Payroll Team Leader you will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of a high volume payroll in a busy, deadline driven environment. In addition you will be expected to motivate, train and develop a team of Payroll professionals to deliver a top class service.
As well as the management of the team you will also be required to process your own section of payroll from start to finish including; processing of starters, leavers, p45s, P46s, SMP, SSP, SPP, TAX, NI, amendments and statutory deductions. Preparation for year ends to include P60, P35, P11s and P11ds.
To be considered you must have recent payroll and management experience including hands on experience of manual calculations with tax tables. As well as good attention to detail you need to have worked within a professional department that processes high volumes and works to tight deadlines.
