Payroll Specialist
A unique and exciting job opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Specialist willing to work in either Berkshire or Shannon. The position requires a French and/or German speaker with experience of processing multiple payrolls (UK/European). The post holder will be acting as the point of contact for multiple payrolls, liaising with the outsourced provider and employees across all offices, checking payroll calculations, advising of changes and approving payroll prior to processing and ultimately ensuring the accurate delivery of all payroll to employees. They will also be responsible for cash forecasting, general ledgers and quarterly accounts reconciliations as well as getting involved in projects and change management where necessary. In order to apply for the role, you will need to be fluent in either French or German, have strong MS Excel (ideally pivot tables etc) and must be able to work well to deadlines having a sense of urgency and customer focus.
