An excellent opportunity has arisen for a HRIS Manager with an international organisation based in West London. This is a permanent position.
Reporting into the Head of HR Global Services, the HRIS Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain global HR Systems delivery model
- Lead and maintain a cohesive global approach to HR systems and data deployment and optimisation
- Implement global SAP HR, ensuring a holistic approach is adopted across the HR systems portfolio
- Improve and sustain streamlined HR processes throughout the organisation
- Advise and participate with HR leadership in systems selection
- Lead HR systems delivery globally
- Lead and maintain data management and reporting strategy, delivery approach and governance
The ideal candidate will have a strong HR Systems background, with excellent project management and analytical skills. Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but isn't essential.
