Job Title:   Financial Planner - Accountancy Practice
Salary:   Basic from £35,000 - £40,000 + bonus & benefits

The Company:

This first class national firm of accountants are currently in the process of immense growth mainly due to the solid on-going relationships they have built over the last 15 years. The team are of exceptional quality, the majority having full AFPC with paraplanning support provided to all Financial Planners utilising industry leading software. The clients within the practice are exceptionally high profile where £1million + investments are fairly common.

The Opportunity:

Adopting a fully holistic approach, your work is charged primarily on a fee offset basis with all mortgage work outsourced. The team maximises business opportunities with the partners in addition to a significant stream of referrals from law firms and other accountants. This being the trend, there are ample clients and referrals to work with resulting in no need for candidates to bring clients with them. The need for the role has arisen purely on the basis that all consultants are now unable to take on new clients as there is a surplus of both clients and referrals.

The Individual:

To apply, you will ideally be AFPC qualified (or equivalent), or progressing with, and have a proven track record as a practising IFA gained within a highly professional organisation. Adept at building rapport and trust with clients and introducers alike, you will be a true networker winning the confidence of the accountants and subsequently advising their clients. With all consultants averaging in excess of £200,000 of annual fees, you will enjoy working in a successful team. Remuneration includes a generous basic salary, car allowance, rewarding bonus (with low validation), Pension, Medical, DISB, PHI and free parking. There is a requirement to bring your own clients.
