Senior Communications Consultant

As lead consultant on communication strategy and design, your principle role is to consult and agree with primarily blue chip clients on communication programmes across flexible benefits, total reward and all aspects of benefits. Supported by a team of writers, analysts, consultants and project managers you will lead the communication programmes from design through to full delivery and implementation. Dealing at executive level you will help clients communicate change to their employees which includes carefully worded documentation, employee presentations and road shows.

This role is exceptionally challenging and requires candidates to first and foremost be passionate about communications. Highly organised with excellent verbal and written english and project management skills, the successful applicants will task manage and prioritise well in a pressured environment. Technical knowledge around benefits at this stage is highly desirable. Package is according to experience with a benchmark salary circa £50,000 - £70,000 performance bonus and flexible benefits.
