Practice Head - Healthcare & Risk

Assuming responsibility for two operational locations encompassing healthcare, medical expenses and risk benefits, this role has a major emphasis around leading people. With circa 40 reports, the key competencies include;  planning and organisation, leadership qualities and operational effectiveness. Some of your time will be spent working directly with clients, likely to be large corporates. This role would suit a team leader or manager looking after ideally a health and risk business in a consultancy or insurance business however outstanding candidates working in either health or risk would also be considered.

Naturally the seniority of this role reflects the requirements. To be considered you will be of graduate calibre, and will be currently working within this space leading a successful team. Exposure to strategic management, sales processes and operational management is also essential as you will report directly into the UK lead. Package is negotiable but is likely to be circa £70,000 + exceptional benefits and bonus bring total package close to £90,000.
