Senior Pensions Executive

One of the largest and most successful business outsourcing companies with a range of nationwide offices is looking for a Senior Pensions Executive to resolve particularly sensitive or complicated pensions issues, projects and complaints.

The Role
This interesting position will require a focused and experienced pensions professional with extensive Occupational pensions experience as you will initially assist and check the work of others. You will also focus on creating an enhanced "member experience" in dealing with cases, providing feedback on the experience to the administration team so as to minimize the proportion of individual cases that require such personal attention in the future. You will also test new pro-forma, processes and new calculations, evaluating results.

The Person
The ideal candidate will be APMI qualified or equivalent and have gained previous defined benefit scheme experience in either an in house or consultancy environment.
