The Role
This Pensions team of 35 people has a vacancy for an Pensions Administration Manager, and will work on all aspects of Administration, Actuarial and Consultancy services.
You will lead an administration team of four administrators which will administer both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes. You will be responsible for ensuring that the work of your team is accurate and you will monitor that all work is produced in a manner that meets the client's expectations and is in line with KPMG procedures.
You will be responsible for calculating or checking the more technical cases and monitoring the team's and priorities. Strong communication, a positive attitude and good organisational skills are essential for this role.
In addition, you will also be responsible for the development and coaching of your team, including identifying individual training needs. This will primarily be done by conducting formal performance appraisals.

The Person
You will be working within pensions administration either in-house or for a consultancy, you will be at a Senior Administrator or Team Leader level. Excellent technical pensions knowledge is essential.
Ideally you will have knowledge of Profund, be a qualified APMI or near completion of this qualification.
