One of the UK’s leading insurance and risk management advisers to SMEs and FTSE 250 companies are looking to recruit an Employee Benefit Advisor to join their friendly team in Kent. The Role The role is a new and exciting position and the Employee Benefits Advisor will possess excellent communication skills and be happy to liaise with the corporate unit to get introductions; they will need to work with large and SME units and be happy to advise on corporate benefits and the individual requirements of the Directors. The Person You will have gained experience in a similar environment and be able to demonstrate knowledge of GPP; SIPP; SSAS; EPP; Investment Banking and Key Man. Ideally you will come from a corporate benefit market and will also have experience of Group Life and Income Protection. Qualification wise you will have attained the Diploma in Financial Planning, be presentable and personable and willing to travel within the UK. The Benefits In reward for your hard work and dedication you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of up to £40,000, bonus and car allowance. You will also receive 23 days annual holiday which increases on year’s service and support towards industry recognised qualifications.
