Client Profile:

Our client is a well respected Third Party Pensions Administration Company.

Job Outline:

Due to staff movements a vacancy has arisen for a Pensions Administrator to join this team. The successful applicant will be involved in the administration of DB and / or DC schemes. They must therefore have good knowledge and experience, to checking standard, of either one. The successful candidates will be expected to have knowledge of and be involved with a range of projects including the production of Benefit Statements, Year-End reconciliations and Pensions Increase.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the smooth running of the scheme, and to ensure that Service Level Agreements are met and quality levels are maintained.

The applicants must also be able to show an excellent understanding of the firms procedures and systems.

The successful candidate will report directly to a Deputy Assistant Manager and will be required to work closely with colleagues to provide a full administration service.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

Excellent organisational skills

DC or DB Pensions Administration experience

A good technical knowledge

Excellent understanding of the firms procedures and systems

Ability to work well with colleagues

A proven record of accuracy, attention to detail along with a high level of initiative and self-motivation

A flexible approach to work at all times and the commitment to ensure tasks are completed to deadline

Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
