The Role Deputising for the Assistant Pensions Administration Manager where required and provide guidance to junior members of the team. Deal with complex calculations, checking work and be familiar with all pension schemes within the team., attend client meetings when necessary, monitor work flows of the team and ensure that scheme targets are met, The Person You will need to have extensive pension administration experience, be comfortable with complex manual calculations, have excellent communication skills both with clients and colleagues and to be able to show leadership qualities.
