Pensions Systems Support Analyst
A well established employee benefits organisation are looking to recruit a Pension's Systems Support Analyst to join their Reading based team due to an increase in the teams responsibilities.
The Role The main responsibility of the role will be to support the administration teams who administer the occupational pension's schemes with their systems requirements, as well as log and record system change requests and understand the structure and processes of Penserver and Compendia databases with a view to error correction, training and fault finding. The Person The right candidate will have an excellent understanding of Defined Contribution and/or Defined Benefit pension schemes, a good knowledge of IT and pension systems testing/calculations and excellent communication skills. Previous knowledge of working on Penserver or Compendia systems would also be an advantage.
